Shojin is a fractional property investment platform, who share opportunities for global investors to gain exceptional returns. It’s mission is to democratise real estate investments. Shojin’s approach has been proven to outperform mainstream investments but not enough people knew about them and what they were doing.

Assignment

Shojin is an FCA-regulated fractional property investment platform, with a mission to democratise real estate investments. The company needed to build awareness of, and trust in, its platform, while communicating that property investment is accessible, easy and profitable.

Campaign

In order to achieve this, CRC supported Shojin with holistic PR including press office, reactive commentary, thought leadership, social media content and, crucially, quarterly quantitative research.

The data from the research and the content created from it educated retail and sophisticated investors on themes such as: awareness of an attitudes to different asset classes, attitudes to investment risk and the impact of geopolitical factors on investment confidence.
