Inntelo is an AI-native concierge platform for the hospitality industry. The technology helps hotels and other customer-facing hospitality businesses improve guest experience and streamline operations through intelligent automation.

Assignment

Inntelo focuses on helping hospitality businesses enhance their guest experience and address operational challenges with AI-powered concierge technology. As the company grew, it wanted to increase awareness of its work within the hospitality sector and highlight the strength of its partnerships with leading operators.

The immediate brief was to secure media coverage around key company milestones, including the announcement of a £500,000 seed funding round, new hotel partnerships, and the appointment of a global advisory board. Beyond individual announcements, the goal was to establish credibility within the hospitality technology space and ensure that when prospective partners or investors searched for the company online, they would find strong media coverage highlighting its progress and expertise.

Campaign

City Road developed a staged PR campaign built around company announcements, thought leadership and reactive commentary. Early activity focused on generating coverage around key developments, including new hotel partnerships, the company’s funding round, and the appointment of a global advisory board.

Alongside these announcements, we supported the campaign with thought leadership and commentary designed to position Inntelo within the wider conversation around technology in hospitality. This included an article in Retail & Leisure International exploring the relationship between AI and the human touch in hospitality, as well as reactive commentary on the 2024 Autumn Budget.

Inntelo’s founder, Asif, proved to be a strong media spokesperson, offering clear views on the challenges facing hospitality businesses and how technology can help address them. The campaign also highlighted the company’s partnerships with leading hospitality businesses, including a collaboration with First Hospitality Group that saw Inntelo deployed at the world’s tallest hotel, Ciel Dubai Marina.

Initial campaigns ran in stages between October 2024 and October 2025. Following their success, Inntelo returned to City Road to begin a rolling PR retainer in late 2025 as PR became a regular part of the company’s communications activity.
