Achieving LLM visibility for an AI hospitality platform

Inntelo is an AI-native concierge platform for the hospitality industry. It gives guests access to an AI concierge that connects requests, services, and personalisation across their stay. From requesting amenities to booking a restaurant table or local excursion, everything is available directly from their phones, or via calls, voice or WhatsApp in more than 40 languages, freeing the venue’s team up to focus on the guest experience and manage requests behind the scenes.

Brand recognition

Since beginning work with Inntelo in 2023, CRC has helped the company increase awareness of its work within the hospitality sector and highlight the strength of its partnerships with leading hotels. CRC’s task is to help publicise Inntelo’s growth activity and build media visibility as the company scales.

Through an integrated blend of company announcements, interviews and reactive commentary the CRC team has achieved over 100 pieces of media coverage for Inntelo to date. This has included pieces in key industry titles including Hotel Owner, The Caterer and Hotel Magazine. Inntelo’s founder, Asif, has proved to be a strong media spokesperson, offering clear views on the challenges facing hospitality businesses and how technology can help address them.

The role of PR in GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)

The PR results achieved by CRC has led to significant improvements in Inntelo’s AI discoverability.

According to research, 80% of consumers now rely on AI-written results for at least 40% of their searches, reducing organic web traffic by 15% to 25%. Additionally, 68% of LLM users rely on these platforms for researching, gathering, and summarising information.

This means that brands can no longer rely on traditional SEO; visibility on LLM platforms and in AI summaries is key to being recognised by prospects and considered as a potential supplier. For Inntelo this visibility helps to establish credibility within a crowded AI market.

In order to achieve visibility in AI-powered searches, earned media coverage is key. LLMs are more likely to cite trusted third party sources, such as national and trade media titles, rather than company websites. In fact, research by Muckrack found that earned media drives 84% of LLM citations, meaning that digital PR is essential for being discovered.

Commercial impact

As a direct result of the PR coverage achieved, and Inntelo’s subsequent prominence in AI-powered searches, the company secured two deals where the hotels had found the platform through CoPilot and ChatGPT. Without the PR results achieved, Inntelo would not have been visible on the LLMs and would not have secured those deals.

Looking ahead, the aim is to continue to build Inntelo’s brand recognition and credibility through continued thought leadership, company announcements and reactive commentary. Consistency is important for GEO because LLMs show a clear recency bias: Seer Interactive found that nearly 65% of LLM and AI Overview citations were for content published within the past year. Therefore, a continuous stream of PR activity is vital for Inntelo’s AI visibility.

“CRC has significantly improved our AI discoverability, increasing how often Inntelo AI appears on platforms like ChatGPT and Copilot. This has directly led to new business, with customers finding us through AI. High-quality, credible PR coverage has proven far more effective for AI visibility than low-quality sources, delivering a clear impact on our growth.”
