RAW Capital Partners is a Guernsey-based specialist investment manager responsible for managing the RAW Mortgage Fund, an investment scheme that provides mortgage loans to expats and foreign nationals secured on UK property, and more recently to UK-resident borrowers. Since working with CRC, the lender has significantly increased its presence in the national and trade press. Its CEO, Tim Parkes, regularly appears in prominent publications such as The Telegraph, Bloomberg and FT Adviser, discussing a range of property and investment-related topics.

Assignment

After ten years of lending almost exclusively to non-UK resident borrowers (with limited exceptions), RAW Capital Partners was preparing to launch a new product aimed at UK residents – a key milestone in the company’s evolution and growth strategy.

Historically, the lender had built a strong reputation for facilitating complex deals for overseas investors who face considerable barriers when securing finance in the UK. However, this established positioning also presented a challenge: RAW was widely perceived as an overseas-only lender.

A focused PR and content campaign was therefore required to educate brokers and borrowers about the new UK-resident offering, reshape market perception, and reinforce RAW’s credentials as a specialist lender capable of sourcing finance for complex cases – regardless of where a borrower is based.

Campaign

In December 2025, CRC executed a targeted sell-in of a press release announcing the product launch, focusing on key mortgage and intermediary trade publications.

Following the initial announcement, we sustained momentum through a coordinated content campaign, including a series of blogs, newsletters and LinkedIn posts designed to educate brokers and keep the conversation active. We also secured an in-depth interview for CEO Tim Parkes with a key trade publication to explore the launch and its strategic importance in greater detail.
