Assignment
LAVA engaged CRC to support its growth ambitions and raise its profile across key sectors, as well as the core M&A media titles. This included positioning its senior team as credible experts, whilst remaining agile enough to respond to live deal activity.
Campaign
CRC developed a strategic PR programme combining press office support, reactive commentary and a structured thought leadership strategy.
At the heart of the campaign was a sector-specific approach. We identified distinct thought leadership topics for each of LAVA’s key industries, aligning spokespeople with their areas of expertise to ensure relevance and credibility.
The thought leadership programme was designed to be flexible, allowing us to pivot focus when LAVA completed significant transactions or wanted to prioritise a particular sector, ensuring commentary always reflected live market activity.
